Mail Deliverability
We make your mail arrive — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reputation, and the work of getting unblocked when it stops.
Included
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC published correctly, verified against the major receivers
- A sending domain separated from your primary one, so a marketing mistake cannot take down password resets
- Postfix, Dovecot and Rspamd configured and operated, or your existing provider audited and corrected
- Bounce and complaint handling wired up, with suppression that actually suppresses
- DMARC aggregate reports parsed into something readable, monthly
- Delisting work when you land on a blocklist, including the correspondence
How the work runs
We check what is published today and how the large receivers currently treat your mail. Most problems are visible from outside within an hour: a missing DKIM selector, an SPF record that ran past its lookup limit, a DMARC policy nobody set to anything.
We fix the records, verify each one against real delivery, and separate transactional mail from bulk so the two cannot poison each other.
Then we watch it. Reputation is not a state you reach; it is a thing that decays when nobody is looking at the reports.
What we need from you
Control of the domain’s DNS and access to whatever sends mail today. If you are on a provider we do not have credentials for, one person who does.
Where this does not apply
If you send fewer than a few hundred messages a month and they all arrive, you have no problem to solve. If your deliverability is bad because of what you send rather than how you send it, we can tell you that — but we cannot fix it for you.
